Grounds Committee

This committee is responsible for all common areas and their usage. The objectives of the committee are:

to oversee the development of the parkk,
to ensure the maintenance and beautification of all common areas, and
to plan events for the neighborhood

With the creation of the park and its key role as community gathering spot, the Grounds Committee is absorbing the SoHo Committee and creating an Events Sub-Committee to brainstorm and plan all social and community events.
