We are excited about the progress of the park. Grass is slowly but surely growing, the mulch path has been installed and many plants and trees have gone in around the pavilion and throughout the park as part of the first phase of planting. With our continued effort to establish a solid grass foundation, we ask residents and their guests to utilize the mulch path and concrete sidewalk as much as possible as they provide direct access to the pavilion, swings and playground. Finally, bikes should be "parked" in the bike rack located along the front of the park and not ridden in the grass.
The pavilion may be reserved for special events by residents. Please check the Pavilion Calendar and sign-up accordingly in the Residents Only section.
As a reminder to all residents (especially their children), the park should be accessed using the lower portion of Carolina Bluebird Loop. The homes/lots on upper CBL should not be used as "cut-throughs".
