Annual Dues

2023 Dues are $350.

They cover the period from 1/1/223 - 12/31/23.

They are due in full no later than January 15, 2023.

Monies received after the deadline will incur interest, at a rate of 12% per annum, as well as a 10% late payment penalty fee of $35.00.

Payment can be made online (bank transfer) through the invoice emailed to each property owner or by check (made payable to Ashley Woods POA) and mailed to the POA.

Dues for 2024 will be communicated in December 2023.
