Pavilion Usage

Residents are allowed to use the Ashley Woods Pavilion for special events.  Please check the Reserved Dates (listed below) for availability and sign-up using the Pavilion Reservation Form.  Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.  Residents are responsible for the facility and expected to clear the pavilion and surrounding park areas (if used) of food, trash and debris after use.  Failure to leave the pavilion and park as it was prior to the event may result in the assessment of a fine.

If you are interested in renting a port-a-john for your event, we recommend contacting Outhouse Portable Toilets directly at 828-884-9511 to arrange delivery and pick-up as well as payment.  For planning purposes, the cost is approximately $100.  The owner is responsible for payment.
